Activities

 

In its activities, the trade union is independent of state and local authorities, employers, other public organizations, political parties, and is not accountable to or controlled by them.

The main goal of the trade union is to represent and protect the labor, social and economic rights and interests of the union members.

For three years now, the Institute's trade union committee has been providing assistance to our defenders within its capabilities.

 

 

 

At the request of an assault battalion company, in May 2025, emergency/auxiliary equipment for vehicles was purchased. The aid has been delivered. We are stronger together!

 

 

 

 

In April 2025, a company of an assault battalion purchased and delivered power tools necessary for car repairs. We thank everyone who defends Ukraine! Glory To The Heroes!

 

 

 

In March 2025, four Samsung S27D360 monitors were purchased and delivered for the needs of the communication platoon of the unmanned systems battalion of the operational brigade.

 

 

In February 2025, at the request of the military, an autonomous diesel heater was purchased and delivered.

 

 

In support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Institute decided in March 2022 to allocate a charitable contribution equal to the amount of its trade union membership dues for that month.

  • A number of parcels were sent to our defenders with much-needed medicines and means to protect and maintain their health.
  • Purchase and transfer of combined tests for detection of HIV ½, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, syphilis, WO26-C for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Purchase and transfer of tourniquets for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • Purchase and transfer of medicines for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
  • ‘Leleka 2’ military tactical stretchers were procured and delivered to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

 

 

 

  • External batteries were purchased for the territorial defense of Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv and for a separate automobile battalion of the Ukrainian Navy, military unit 3537;
  • In response to requests from the military, we purchased various types of supplies, from office materials to vehicle components.
